Refund & Payment Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Jason Conaway Architect, Incorporated (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which markets certain services under the brand name Remodel Navigator, and outlines our refund practices. By purchasing any product, course, subscription, or service from us (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should not purchase or use our Services.

1. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept the payment methods listed on our website. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

2. No Guarantee of Results
All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or earnings.

3. Refunds

• Digital Products & Courses: All sales of digital products, templates, courses, and downloadable content are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.

• Consulting & Coaching Services: Once a scheduled service begins, fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

• Subscription Services: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date. No partial refunds are given for unused time in a subscription period.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact us at jason@remodelnavigator.com before initiating any chargeback request with your bank or credit card provider. Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a breach of the Terms of Use, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

5. Policy Incorporation & Control
